Jeannie Duckworth is the Owner and CEO of Blue Magnolia Senior Living Advisors, where she is dedicated to guiding seniors and their families through some of life’s most important and time-sensitive care decisions. With over a decade of experience, she is known for her compassionate approach and her ability to bring clarity and confidence during complex transitions.
Jeannie works closely with seniors and their families, as well as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and physicians to create safe, appropriate discharge plans and long-term care solutions. She is deeply involved in ensuring each senior is placed in the right setting based on their immediate needs, acuity level, and budget, while also confirming real-time availability with trusted communities.
Her leadership background includes serving as President of the Tuolumne County Senior Network (2023), Board Member for a local senior center, Marketing Director for assisted living communities, and a top Senior Living Advisor for over nine years.
