You’re going to love it here. Enjoy the sunshine and sandy shores in our cozy beach town situated between the San Diego Freeway and East Pacific Coast Highway. Our community features classic design that reflects the beachy vibe with a beautiful landscaped courtyard with a BBQ area to soak up the sun.
This new community is modern yet intimate with spacious apartments and cozy common areas. Most of our apartments have washers, dryers and full kitchens. Relax on your private patio or deck and enjoy the Huntington Beach lifestyle. We are close to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities.
Inside and out, it's designed to accommodate independence and activity in the heart of one of the nation's best beach towns.
Managing a packed calendar of enriching activities is a full-time job and our Active Living Program Director is up to the task. We're driven by the desires of the people who live here and our days are jam packed with more choices than you'll have time for in your day.
