Very smooth and efficient. I filled out some basic information. Donlyn followed up with a text. A conference call was arranged for me to provide further details. From there, I was contacted by various facilities based upon features I was looking for. Within a week, I found a place for my mother.

Donlyn is amazing. Response time is great. She even communicated to me on the 4th of July. She definitely puts client/patient/family members first. Donlyn gave me three really great choices. Sight unseen I made the final choice for my sister and I am, hopefully, certain it was the right choice. Only time will tell. I intend to continue to work with Donlyn.

Donlyn is an angel 😇and I tell her so. She has been a miracle worker for our family. She found several houses immediately for us, but then our family member took a turn for the worse, and so Donlyn started all over! I think we now have an appropriate placement to move her into in a couple weeks, as she is released from post acute-care. I would highly recommend Donlyn to anyone in need.

The site was awesome - lots of great informative content, not the typical front for advertisers. I was so impressed that I felt confident enough to reach out for help from an advisor - confident that I wouldn't be deluged with phone calls and emails trying to sell me something. The person who initially reached out was super respectful of my time and gave me a variety of ways to communicate- my choice. That was refreshing and again, confidence building. She in turn referred me to a wonderful woman, Donyel, who waited for me to reach out and the. promptly responded when I did. I'm new to all this - never thought I would ever need help with my mom. Donyel and I spoke for about an hour - she asked me lots of questions about Mom's health but also about her history and personality! She ended up recommending residential care and gave me 7 houses to see! How could I give anything but a 10? Mom is moving to a great home with wonderful women- and she's stunned she has this opportunity. We are just so sad that my cousins never found this service for my aunt. Thank you.

My advisor was empathetic and efficient. Without her help I would never have even known that the residence in which my mom is now living even existed. The caregivers are loving and attentive and my I know my mom is safe and well cared for. Her place is 10 minutes from my house which allows me to visit her 3 or 4 times a week. Yes, I have been in contact with Donlyn who has been wonderful from the get-go.
