    I had an amazing experience with Five Star in Yonkers when my parents stayed there for six years. Thankfully, my parents did too. The facilities were kept in top-notch condition, the food was great with the staff attentive and communicative. They experienced excellent care, support and services having lived in both the AL and memory care wings and I have seen first-hand how kind and compassionate the staff are. It was also nice that many events that happened both inside and outside of the facility, as well as its proximity to NYC. Despite 2020's challenges with Covid-19, Five Star provided excellent front line support. I would highly recommend this upscale active independent or assisted living home to anyone looking for a positive experience.
