Norwood Crossing

Norwood Crossing is a non-profit senior community with services for Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, and Respite Stays with 131 beds at 6016 N. Nina Avenue, Chicago, IL 60631. Also, it accepts Medicaid and Medicare.

Norwood Crossing is providing a continuum of services to support the "physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the individual." The community values its employees and maintains a safe, comfortable and home-like "loving family" environment. Services in Assisted Living include, assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, transportation, medication management, and other forms of supportive care. In addition, resident fees include home-cooked meals and snacks, Life Enrichment activities, housekeeping, laundry and linen service and full schedule of activities.
