Amazing Grace Assisted Living Home V is a licensed residential assisted living home on gated acreage in Palm Beach Gardens, near Ibis — six residents, one house, five acres of private grounds.
Most families touring assisted living in Palm Beach County are choosing between large communities where the trade-off is amenities in exchange for anonymity. This is the other option. Your mother is one of six people here, in a home, on land quiet enough that she can be outdoors without being managed. The difference isn't luxury. It's that nothing about her day is built around institutional logistics.
AG V shares its setting with Amazing Grace IV, our other Palm Beach Gardens home. For couples who need different levels of care, or for a family who wants continuity if needs change, that proximity matters in a way it can't at a single-location facility.
Care standards are consistent across all six Amazing Grace homes: a 1:3 daytime staff-to-resident ratio, overnight staffing, and direct clinical oversight from owner Debbie Lytle, RN, who has practiced in Palm Beach County for more than thirty years. She writes every care plan herself, and she's who answers when you call. It's also why we can accept residents with dementia, complex medication needs, or mobility limitations that larger communities decline.
Rates are all-inclusive. No point system, no increases as care needs grow.
