About Surprise Memory Care
Surprise Memory Care is a dedicated, secured memory care community in Surprise, AZ. The cost for the one- or two-bedroom individual living spaces starts at around $4,100 per month, which includes a private bathroom and all housekeeping, linen and laundry services. The health care team is available 24 hours a day to assist with any activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, or medication management. A licensed nurse specially trained in dementia care is on site at all times, and the memory care facility is located near the Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center and the Phoenix Medical Group for access to additional medical care as needed. Surprise Memory Care offers a safe, secure, healthy environment for those who are facing the challenges of Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. The completely enclosed, home-like memory care community features beautiful courtyards, landscaped gardens, inspiring walking areas, and covered patios with abundant seating for relaxing or socializing. Transportation is provided to appointments or scheduled outings into the community. Residents enjoy a library, movie theater, game rooms, sitting areas, fitness center, arts and crafts space, and music parlor. A trained chef prepares three delicious, healthy meals each day, with snacks available between meals. The memory care community is made up of four separate neighborhoods, each one supporting a higher level of cognitive function. Residents are matched to the neighborhood best suited for their particular needs. This program provides the highest support for residents physically, mentally and emotionally.
