About The Heritage Tradition

The Heritage Tradition is a luxury assisted living community located in the heart of Sun City West, AZ, a premier golfing community just northwest of Phoenix. Costs for the studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom living spaces start at around $4,200 per month and include fully-equipped all-electric kitchens, individual unit temperature controls and all housekeeping, laundry and linen services. The professional staff is available 24 hours a day for assistance with any activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, bathing, dressing or medication management. The assisted living community is located within minutes of local recreation centers, golf courses, fine dining opportunities, community libraries, live entertainment venues and local cultural events. The luxury senior retirement community features a heated swimming pool, a spa, putting greens, sculptured courtyards, patios, walking paths and luscious landscaped gardens where residents can relax or socialize. The Heritage Tradition assisted living facility also includes a TV, movie and media room, a well-stocked library, game areas, meeting rooms and a full-featured beauty salon with barbershop. The in-house chef and culinary staff prepare three exciting, fresh, and healthy meals daily, served in elegant, restaurant-style dining. Private dining is also available for special events or family meetings. A full calendar of events offers residents numerous activities for social, intellectual, cultural and physical interaction including exercise programs, games and mental challenges, yoga, dancing, arts and crafts, local community outings and live music events. Transportation is provided for appointments, shopping, or community outings.

    After over 6 months, we are really happy here at the Heritage Tradition. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and well-kept, the grounds are beautiful, and the location is great. We especially adore Joan in the ZEST program! While it's always tough to make a move, we feel very lucky to have landed here.
