The Auberge at Peoria is a premier Assisted Memory Care community in the Maricopa and Yavapai counties area that serves Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe, Surprise, Paradise Valley, and beyond. No matter where you’ve lived before, we’d be honored to have you call The Auberge at Peoria home. Peoria is a major suburb of Phoenix and the area offers residents and visitors an eclectic mix of shopping, entertainment, outdoor adventures, and fine art-viewing. When in town stop by the Arizona Broadway Theatre, SkyZone Trampoline Park, Old Town Peoria, Blackstone Country Club, Peoria’s Public Art scene and so much more. Whether your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADLs) or is living with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, our dedicated staff takes great pride in delivering high-quality care that is compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Before a resident moves into our property, customized assessments are completed so individual care plans can be created. These care plans are updated when a health condition arises or earlier if needed. In addition to the Medical Director, our community is staffed by highly trained nursing teams who are hired not only for their professional skills but also for their compassionate and warm personalities. Built in 2013, our community features fine living and dining accommodations, a beautiful courtyard with a walking path, mature gardens, shaded outdoor seating areas, and spacious and inviting indoor common areas. Our living quarters are roomy with private and semi-private apartments. Each has a beautiful view and modern décor is enhanced throughout the community. One of the most popular social events is our dining. Our Executive Chef creates delicious and diverse menus that are sure to please every palate. Accommodations can be made for personal or health-related dietary needs. Our residents enjoy the camaraderie and connection of our restaurant-style dining and is often a highlight at any time of the day. Our dining room is always warm, cozy, and inviting for everyone to enjoy. Socializing and creating connections are important in our community. We offer Wine Down Wednesdays where residents enjoy mingling with a glass of wine or other beverages. This happy hour event creates energy and a lively social atmosphere for residents to enjoy every week.
