Tucked into Happy Valley in Peoria, AZ adjacent to Terramar Park, the Southwest-styled Orchard Pointe at Terrazza luxury independent living, assisted living, and memory care community provides a lavish and full life to seniors. The senior retirement community is due to open in April 2019 so prices are not yet available, but it will likely be comparable to other local Orchard Pointe communities where costs start at $3,913 per month based on room choice and level of care. Living spaces in the pet-friendly community include one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, studio apartments, and companion suites. Included in the costs is access to a secured courtyard, secured gate entry, utilities, cable, scheduled transportation, three chef prepared meals a day in a restaurant-style dining room, housekeeping, laundry, linens, recreational trips to local attractions, and daily activities.
