About Kensington Place Nursing & Rehab
Welcome to Kensington Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located in Chicago, Illinois. Our team of dedicated professionals strives to help each resident regain their health, independence and improved quality of life. This is at the core of everything we do. We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center that serves our residents with personalized, goal-oriented care.
Our smaller, intimate size allows us to truly know each and every one of our residents on an individual basis and provide the level of care expected of a caring and quality facility. Some of our dedicated staff members, as well as residents, have been with us for many years. Each contributes to our thriving and vibrant Kensington Place community.
Comprehensive services and care are administered by an expert staff of compassionate professionals and include therapy services, comprehensive nursing, specialty therapies, psychiatric rehabilitation, social services, financial aid, services, and amenities to make each resident feel right at home.
Exciting renovations are underway to enhance our center and our resident's stay with us. We want each resident to live in a comfortable, home-like environment while receiving expert therapies and clinical care from our compassionate staff.
