Lori has earned the designation of Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and is a graduate of the University of Michigan. She has spoken at numerous national conferences and summits on quality care and patient experience, and has collaborated closely with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid on patient experience and other quality measures.
