Cory Strauch is the co owner of Above and Beyond Senior Living, a locally owned Colorado senior placement company focused on helping families navigate senior living with confidence. With experience serving as an Executive Director, Memory Care Director, Assisted Living Administrator, Resident Care Coordinator, QMAP, and frontline caregiver, Cory brings firsthand operational knowledge that sets his team apart. He began working in senior living at just 15 years old and has spent years supporting seniors across independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing settings. Cory is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, and serves on the board of the Denver Senior Coalition.
