MorningStar Memory Care at Bear Creek on Lower Gold Camp Rd offers the finest memory care Colorado Springs has to offer and has been named “Alzheimer’s Association Leader in Dementia Care.” Set amid the Rockies’ picturesque foothills, our community is devoted to the individualized memory care for those with mild to advanced stages of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. "Suites are available in a choice of studio, one-and-two-bedroom configurations from 315 to 608 sq ft. Suites include emergency call systems and handicap-accessible bathrooms. While a secure building, independence is encouraged and supported through clear wayfinding; safe and inviting common areas including a courtyard with double-sided stone fireplace, strolling paths wrapping 75% of building, two spacious living rooms with large flat-screen Tv, and a gathering room with double-sided hearth and aquarium. Our community has easy access to I-25 and US highway 24, and the Penrose Hospital and UCHealth Grandview Hospital. MorningStar Assisted Living & Memory Care at Mountain Shadows is just a few miles north."
