About MorningStar At Mountain Shadows
Offering some of the finest assisted living Colorado Springs has to offer, MorningStar Assisted Living and Memory Care at Mountain Shadows is dedicated to making our residents feel like they are in a true “home.” Our community offers 45 graciously appointed assisted living suites with spacious studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. Our Reflections Neighborhood for memory care offers 19 secure studios devoted to the specialized care of those with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
MorningStar Senior Living: Colorado Springs “Best Of” Tucked at the foot of the majestic Rockies, MorningStar at Mountain Shadows is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on Centennial Street, just north of Garden of the Gods Road.
