The hall carpets are terribly stained. Nurses seldom check on residents who are not sick and only maybe one quick visit a day when they are sick but not more unless you press them too. Before staff could take a few minutes to visit with through out the day, now with staff shortages they are left alone unless they are up to activities. Many staff are very sweet.
