My situation involves a series of misrepresentations and false assurances that have led to financial loss and unnecessary stress during a critical time. When I first considered Bayshore for my aging parents, I was in the midst of a health crisis with my mother needing emergency surgery. The sales team, fully aware of my mother's condition, pushed for a commitment. They assured me of a 24-hour opt-out, a policy that gave me the false hope during a health crisis. Trusting them, I signed it and handed over a $16,950 deposit from my mother's savings, believing that I could opt out without issue if my mother's health worsened. My attempts to terminate it were met with evasion and refusal, with the sales manager indicating they were not authorized to honor my request. I urge you to consider this experience as a cautionary tale. The financial and emotional wellbeing of your family could be at stake.
