What families are saying

The reviews for Russellville Park present a mixed picture. Many residents and their families praise the facility for its clean environment, friendly staff, and engaging activities. The dining experience is often highlighted as excellent, with some comparing it to a luxury hotel. The community is described as vibrant, with numerous amenities like a gym, salon, and transportation services. Some residents express satisfaction with the care provided, particularly in independent living. However, there are significant criticisms, particularly regarding management and assisted living services. Several reviews mention poor communication, high staff turnover, and inadequate care, with some residents experiencing neglect in personal care and housekeeping. Complaints about overcharging, especially for damages and rent increases, are common. Some reviewers describe the management as disorganized and unresponsive, with a focus on profit over resident care. Issues with maintenance, food quality, and safety are also noted, with some residents feeling pressured to use in-house services at higher costs. Overall, while Russellville Park receives praise for its amenities and community atmosphere, concerns about management practices and care quality, particularly in assisted living, suggest a need for improvement. Potential residents and their families are advised to thoroughly investigate and consider both positive and negative experiences shared in the reviews.

My experience is different from those of visitors, management and relatives placing their family here. I find it an unpleasant, noisy, unsafe, hostile place to live. It has been a year since I moved in, and I have deteriorated due to the stress of living here. Not able to move . Their solution to problems here is have people move out. Good luck if you move in!

Residents at Russellville Park are not the top of the list. Safety is low priority, Food is low on the priority list. Top priority is having the place look nice! Activities are mostly playing cards and games. Trips are to casinos and eating out. Staff changes frequently and Management is uncaring. "I am too busy". What you are told when interviewing will not be the case when you move in. Just a few observations from living there. A lot of the reviews are from relatives or visitors. You have to live in a place to have the actual experience.
