    What families are saying
The Springs at Lake Oswego has received mixed reviews. Some residents and their families have praised the facility for its handling of the pandemic, high-end amenities, and friendly staff. The apartments are described as first-rate and the location is considered good. The facility also offers three restaurants, which were well-received. However, there have been serious concerns raised about the level of care provided, particularly for residents requiring more intensive support. One family reported that their father, a resident who suffered a stroke, was not accepted back into the facility's care despite the family's willingness to provide additional personal nursing services. This left the family feeling abandoned and stressed. Another visitor reported unsanitary conditions in a resident's room, including fecal matter and soiled clothing. They also noted a lack of staff responsiveness, with a call button going unanswered for over 15 minutes. The cost of the facility was also mentioned as a concern, with one potential resident finding it too expensive. Overall, while some aspects of The Springs at Lake Oswego are praised, serious concerns about care standards and cost have been raised.

Beware, my husband and I were promised lots of care in assisted living and were willing to pay the “high price". We put down the deposit, were given a move in date, then hired a mover. We were all packed. We were then informed they were “understaffed and could not meet my needs" in assisted living. We had been successfully living in another assisted living facility, for 5 years. They are cruel, calculating and their staff are salespeople, meant to rope you in and then worry about “their bottom line." We are glad we pulled out in time. We can only wonder what kind of care we might have gotten. CEO showed no empathy that he had enticed us so far and then dumped on us. We had hired movers, given notice at our current residence, then they wondered why we were so upset! Beware, Beware!!
