Lake Meadows is located in Fishers, Indiana. We are an affordable option for seniors who have low- to moderate-income levels. Our community offers Assisted Living and Enhanced Personal Care Services. Elegantly designed purposefully for seniors, Lake Meadows offers supportive care and healthy choices that help residents maintain and enhance their overall wellness. Our residents can take advantage of all the amenities the community has to offer including on-site fishing and a 2.5-acre walking path around our private lake.

Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living was thoughtfully designed with our seniors in mind. There are many areas to socialize, keep active, and relax. Residents will find a vibrant community that keeps them active with current interests and hobbies, and provide new ones! Our Life enrichment center offers daily classes, outings, and events. Outings will also be scheduled to continue to keep seniors engaged with the local community of Fishers (as local and federal health departments permit).

Residents at Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living will are also able to take advantage of on-site amenities that include a beautiful lobby with warm welcomes, a dining room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a theatre room, exercise room, beauty salon, lounge/library area, and walking trails.

To make life easier, Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living has visiting medical practitioners. Residents have the opportunity to keep their current physicians or see our on-site doctors in our therapy and exam rooms. Visiting practitioners may include, physicians, therapy, hospice, dentist, podiatrist, and more. Lake Meadows is able to offer affordable monthly fees through the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. Monthly rates are set by the state, based on SSI, and care services are paid through the Medicaid Waiver. This is a perfect option for those who are currently living in an assisted living and seeking financial help as retirement funds begin to run low or have depleted.
