If you need to run errands but you don’t like driving in traffic, use our transportation services to get you where you need to go. For memory care residents, we offer a program, also known as Clare Bridge, rooted in “a person-centered approach ” which means we help our residents find a sense of belonging and purpose while also helping them preserve who they are. The Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs per day, which maintain our residents' abilities and encourage the use of their current skills. These include discussions, brain games and our B-Fit program. The cooking club, bocce ball, and painting classes are just a few of the activities available for our memory care residents.
