Smith Village is a “Life Plan Community” with Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing & Short-Term Rehabilitation at 2320 W 113th Place, Chicago, IL, 60643.

Since 1924 Smith Village has been offering a full continuum of health care services to residents who need it. Residents also gain access to short-term rehabilitation for recovery from illnesses and surgery. Its Memory Care neighborhood meets the highest standards of care for those with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of memory loss. Features and amenities include maintenance-free living, walk-in showers, planned activities, a pleasant atmosphere, and up to three meals per day.
