    Their response to client questions is very poor. When you're paying $50k/yr or more, there should be answers to questions about fees (aka "points") they tack on to monthly bills. These can be significant, and after a month of trying to get answers their finance department still won't answer -- or return -- my phone calls. With many other assisted living facilities around Orlando, this should cause concern about choosing them
