This place should be ashamed of the care they give their residents. I would never recommend the Lorelton to anyone with a family member who needs to be placed in a assisted living situation. Look somewhere else. My poor grandmother with severe Alzheimer’s was there recently for a short respite stay and the condition she was in when I picked her up was disgusting and appalling that any human being would have to live like that. My heart sank, I could not believe what I was seeing. I just can’t imagine what else she might have gone through especially not being able to speak up for herself. I filed a complaint at the Lorelton but haven’t heard anything since. I just can’t believe the amount of money we paid to have her there, that this is the type of care she received.
