You know, just to kind of paint the picture of where it is. There, you know, there's a a very large kind of shopping center. That's in quarter Madera. And this is walking distance to the shopping center, which is really really nice. It's just easy access off highway. 101.

Sort of generally speaking, you know, in the industry we we like to call it assisted living light. They certainly do a lot of assisted living light, but they do also help. You know, you're you're looking to to spend, probably close to like $10,000 a month, something like that. And when you think about your area is more expensive in general. Right?

And so, you know, while it it may seem expensive, really, what you're getting there, as you think about it. It's, you know, 3 meals a day, and it's like restaurant quality meals.
