Shortage of caregivers so caregivers are rushed and miss things. Some very good caregivers, some not so good - mainly on weekends. Josy dresses my relative while they are sitting on the toilet! I find this disrespectful and undignified. When I ask ed her not to do this, she snapped and told me she has done the work for 15 years and knew what she was doing. Food is mediocre. I hear residents complaining and say they are losing weight. There is a good hot breakfast and that is my relative's main meal as lunch and dinner are less appealing. I am only a niece so I have no say in my relative's care. So, I try to visit often to catch problems. If you have a family member here, you need to visit often and tell the managers. Although, they usually give a scripted reply. +Show More
