Eternal Spring of Gilbert Assisted Living and Memory Care is a premier Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Gilbert, AZ, that serves Chandler, Gilbert, Phoenix, and the surrounding regions. No matter where you’ve lived before, we’d be honored to have you call Eternal Spring of Gilbert home. The Gilbert, AZ region is home to a wide range of attractions for residents and visitors to see. The community is known for its proximity to urgent care, San Tan Mountain Regional Park, Golfland Sunsplash, and more. Whether your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADL’s) or is living with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, our dedicated staff takes great pride in delivering high-quality care that is compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our skilled staff includes a Medical Director, Licensed Practical Nurse, Assisted Living Manager, Certified Caregivers, Medication Tech, and Certified food servers. A nurse assesses the resident to decide on care plan needs. Once the resident is assessed, the family is contacted to go over care plan needs. Med techs dispense medication per the doctor’s recommendation. Our experienced and compassionate staff are committed to the highest level of care. The Eternal Spring of Gilbert property features modern decor, a movie theater, a country kitchen, an art room, a game room, and a bistro. Our community has a unique blend of hospitality services and community engagement. We put a strong focus on growing meaningful relationships with our residents. Our resort-style hospitality services include housekeeping, scheduled transportation, and exciting programs on-site and off. The Eternal Spring of Gilbert staff strives to create a supportive, engaging, and welcoming environment. We are here to support all of your loved ones’ needs. Our highly experienced chef creates three delicious meals a day and offers a variety of options for our community to enjoy. We offer a variety of specials, and an always-available menu. Some of the residents’ favorite meals are spaghetti, Roasted Carved Turkey with home-style dressing, corn, and rolls. We always have a special meal for the Holidays, including 4th of July cookouts, and a big Thanksgiving dinner.
