About me

With more than 15 years of experience across Colorado’s senior living landscape, Diana Morefield is a compassionate guide, connector, and advocate for aging adults and their families. As a Co-Founder of Above and Beyond Senior Living, Diana combines her deep-rooted passion for senior care with strategic leadership, community outreach, and personal insight.

Diana is an Eden Certified Practitioner, embracing a care philosophy that honors the individuality, dignity, and quality of life of each older adult. She believes that no two seniors are the same — and therefore, no two placement journeys should be either. Her approach is grounded in the understanding that each person brings their own story, preferences, and aspirations into the aging process.

Diana’s goal is to offer options that truly help each client thrive — not just live. Her background spans a wide range of senior care disciplines, including rehabilitation and skilled nursing admissions, community relations, and sales and marketing. She also excels in database management, business development, and cultivating lasting partnerships with healthcare and community organizations.

In addition to her role at Above and Beyond, Diana serves as the Board Chair for the Adams County Aging Network (ACAN), where she helps lead initiatives that improve senior resources and promote collaboration among service providers.

Whether working one-on-one with families or shaping broader systems of support, Diana is unwavering in her commitment to providing thoughtful, tailored guidance that eases transitions and uplifts quality of life.
