Jen’s path to residential senior advising is built on a diverse and impactful career. A graduate of Grand Valley State University with a degree in Business Administration, she spent 15 years as a human resources generalist before becoming a project manager for a small organization specializing in HR governmental reporting. She also provided essential sales and operational support for a healthcare company, where she was directly involved in providing on-site care to senior citizens. This experience, combined with her recent certifications as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a certified dementia practitioner, has equipped Jen with the specialized knowledge to navigate the complexities of senior living options. Her mission is to use her expertise to help others find a safe and comfortable home.
