Care Pavilion Nursing And Rehabilitation Center

Ive worked here over 10 yrs and because im only allowed to say certain things or my review wont be published ill sum it up to. This place has gone way down especially when the new administration was hired. Theres no activities only coffee hour. Elopments are at an all time high especially on the memory care unit which is locked. Younger residents who meet the criteria for a day pass are allowed out througout the day most have known substance abuse issues they bring back contraband for other residents which puts us all in danger. Recently a resident was hit by a car and because he had a pass it was said that it didnt have to be reported to the state thank God he was ok. Im writting a review on here because i was pressured by admin. like many other employess to give a high rating on their website and i refused. This facility has now been told they are NOT allowed to except ANY new admissions. We need outside help in here the public needs to know.
