Together, they transformed some of the most challenging communities into award-winning, 5-star facilities. Cindy managed both assisted living and Alzheimer's care communities with compassion and excellence.
Her outstanding reputation in the industry led to her being elected Chairwoman of the Ohio Assisted Living Association, and she was honored with the title of Best Community Director in the State of Ohio.
Ten years ago, Cindy relocated to Lakewood Ranch with her husband, Steve, and their two children, Ellee and Zach. Known for her genuine care and deep commitment to seniors, Cindy takes great pride in helping families find the right placement—one that truly meets their needs and preferences for a smooth and comfortable transition.
