What is the approximate cost of a one bedroom apartment with a study, kitchen and laundry starting as a independent living persons with my CalPERS Comprehensive Long-Term care coverage when needed?

Please forward pricing fees for 2 bedroom for 2 person occupancy. I note use of word condominium-- thus I assume there is purchase price of condo plus membership and other fees. What is returnable if one leaves? Is any of this tax deductible?
