About Fred Lind Manor
Nestled in Seattle’s tree-lined Capitol Hill neighborhood, Fred Lind Manor has been providing assisted living to seniors since 1944, and as they are non-profit, they maintain some of the lowest rates in the city. All floor plans—studios, one-bedrooms, and two bed-rooms—have been upgraded. Additionally, there are no hidden expenses and all amenities: 3 Meals per day-restaurant style dining, weekly housekeeping and linen services, utilities, pre-arranged transportation, personal safety pendant, activities and cultural programs, hi-speed wifi, cable and phone are included. The neighborhood around Fred Lind is noted for its walkability (scoring 95 out of 100 on a recent walkability scale). It is close to art museums, shops, and Cal Anderson Park (which Forbes ranks as one of the best parks in the nation). Fred Lind is also only a few blocks from a Kaiser Permanente hospital and Trader Joe's.
