About Aegis Living Queen Anne Rodgers Park
Nestled on the northern slope of Queen Anne Hill, our grand Victorian-style community is located in peaceful, wooded surroundings near the Seattle Pacific University campus and adjacent to Rodgers Park. From the sweeping front porch, you can enjoy the ever-changing seasonal views across our landscaped gardens. Although you may feel miles away from the city in this idyllic setting, you are only minutes from the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment that Queen Anne, Fremont, and Ballard have to offer.
The surroundings only enhance the beauty of the building itself, designed in the style of Gilded Age architecture and encompassing impressive amenities on each of the four floors (including air conditioning throughout). Something we hear often: “There’s so much natural light!” Enjoy it streaming into the elegant library, spacious bistro, and unique train-car seating. Downstairs, the boardwalk holds a world of entertainment and wellness. Join a poker game in the sports den, watch a movie in the large theater, get a haircut at the salon, or get a clean shave in the barbershop. We host live music six days a week, including our popular Friday happy hour with visiting instrumentalists. Life is full at Aegis Living Queen Anne Rodgers Park.
