The facility features 50 single rooms and 14 with double occupancy. \n\nAt Westover Hills they maintain the ‘4Cs’ Principles: Caregiving, with stringent training insuring top care; Care coordination, using the latest technology to synchronize each resident’s care; Communication, open and effective communication with both family members and amongst the staff; and Community Engagement, making sure Westover Hills serves as an educational and community resource. \n\nActivities include cognitive stimulation, social interaction, physical activities, faith-based activities, and hobby-related programs such as gardening, baking, art, music, and pet therapy. Meals are designed by staff chefs with nutrition in mind. There is an on-site beauty parlor and shared common spaces indoors and outside.\n\nMemory Care of Westover Hills is located in west San Antonio not far from Christus Santa Rosa Hospital and close to a number of medical offices, restaurants, and malls.
