Based on the experience of my family, multiple people in the office here appear to be untrustworthy and dishonest. When trying to move a resident out to a different home they claimed they never received necessary paperwork despite having had it since the move-in date, and delayed producing or completing paperwork which caused unnecessary delays (while they charged daily for residence). They put on a good show to make a good first impression, but their memory care unit is not handled well by the office. The actual staff that do the work are good people doing what they can, but perhaps the office is too busy having to pay off the fines they owe the state government from their many citations that they don't have the funds to properly care for or give the residents any activities to do. Maybe it's an issue of having too little staff, but they certainly receive plenty of money to pay plenty of people to do the necessary work. If your family member requires memory care, look elsewhere.
