Fountains In Cartersville

Never consider this facility for your loved ones. We were looking for an assisted living facility for my mother-in-law. The top one on our list was The Fountains. On our tour, we were charmed. The facility is clean, well designed, and beautiful. My mother-in-law liked the facility, and we did too. The staff were unreliable, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Many times, my mother-in-law would wait in the dining room for up to an hour before someone would help her return to her room. After she fell and broke her hip in their care, they haven't even bothered to call and check on her. The care is missing and my mother-in-law won't be returning.
