Our interdisciplinary team works together to improve patient outcomes, especially as it relates to preventative health and wellness programs, medical supervision, and reducing the risk of a re-hospitalization. The facility’s rehabilitation gym is equipped with specialized therapeutic modalities and has therapists who are experts in their fields. Our patients have the resources and support to achieve their highest level of functional independence. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Various Commercial Insurances and Private Pay.
