    Selected the Residence at Sunmer Street for my father’s assisted living. In 1 year, they increased his bill by over 50%. Bait & Switch tactics. They promised reasonable us reasonable increases yet here we are thousands more a month vs a year ago. In fact, they said that was what the other guys would do. Well guess what, it’s exactly what the Residence at Summer Street did and continues to do. Then random charges, that we were told were part of the Huge expense were added to the bill (laundry, medicine when he already gets presorted blister packs from pharmacy). Sadly, we wanted a long term care solution but they’ve effectively far exceeded our insurance and are quickly depleting our savings. We’re now searching for a better solution. FYI - prices on site are below what we’re being charged.
