The reviews for Noble Senior Living at West Allis are highly mixed, reflecting both positive and negative experiences. On the positive side, some reviewers praise the facility for its supportive and caring staff, fun activities, and a welcoming environment. Residents and their families appreciate the nursing support, cleanliness, and the variety of activities offered, including live entertainment and outings. Some reviewers highlight the facility's urban location, affordability, and the staff's dedication to resident care. Conversely, several reviews express significant concerns about the facility's cleanliness, maintenance, and communication. Complaints include reports of unsanitary conditions, such as persistent odors and pest issues, as well as inadequate maintenance and poor communication from staff. Some reviewers mention that the facility has undergone multiple ownership changes, which they feel have led to a decline in service quality. There are also concerns about the lack of outdoor spaces and the facility's location on a busy street. Overall, while some families have had positive experiences and commend the staff's efforts, others have encountered serious issues that have led them to seek alternative living arrangements for their loved ones. A friend recently stayed at Pueblo House. He was unhappy here but there was no other option. The drugs were not always on time, his cleanliness was bad and so was his room. The driveway of this assisted living facility is so cracked with very high stones and an uneven pavement. We had problems with it. Luckily, we were not hurt badly, but someone will get hurt badly or worse in the future. There should be some regulations to protect the vulnerable seniors who live here-most of them have problems navigating with walkers and wheelchairs on a perfect pavement. Also, it is filthy-one bathroom has mold an inch thick around the shower.
