The Lake View Terrace Memory Care Residence is a premier Memory Care community in the Mohave County area. We have residents who come from all over that call Lake View Terrace home. A few of the areas we serve include Bullhead City, Kingman, Lake Havasu City, Antares, Colorado City, Yucca, and Golden Shores region. One of Mohave County’s biggest attractions is the London Bridge, and it is a worthy stop for visiting family. Additional attractions include unmatched stargazing, birdwatching, and beautiful parks and nature areas. For unique shopping experiences we have the Shops at Lake Havasu, and antique and vintage stores that shouldn’t be missed. At Lake View Terrace we are committed to enhancing the lives of our residents. We take great pride in the reputation that our team has earned for delivering highly personalized, compassionate Memory Care. Memory Care is a specialized type of service that lovingly addresses individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other types of memory issues. Residents receive round-the-clock care that supports their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Before a resident moves into our community, customized assessments are completed so individual care plans can be created. A reassessment is completed at thirty days to ensure we consider any transition concerns. Afterward, quarterly assessments are completed. In addition to the Medical Director, our community is staffed by highly trained nurses and certified caregivers. Our medications are managed and administered by certified Medication Technicians. Built in 2009, our property features a comforting home-like feel but with resort style touches. Our community is nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with views of Lake Havasu. Visit the restful and calming patio that offers seating, shade, and a peaceful place to sit or walk. We have three different room accommodations: companion, semi-private and private. All rooms are ADA accessible. Not your typical dining experience, Lake View Terrace offers restaurant-style meals for our residents. Tables are beautifully set and residents are given dining-out menu options. Our on-site Executive Chef prepares three meals a day and delicious snacks too. We have a garden that residents can help maintain. We often use its harvest of fruits, vegetables, and herbs in our meal preparation.
