Finding a care facility that provides the necessary level of care for a loved one is not an easy task. Having worked with agencies that merely provided a list of care providers in the area for me to research, I was definitely pleased to find the services provided by Artist Covington of CarePatrol of El Paso. Artist has made it his mission to familiarize himself with the various levels of care facilities offered in the area. This, along with his personal experience of placing a loved one in a care facility, make him a valuable resource. It was most helpful that he scheduled the meetings, accompanied my sister and me to the meetings and took detailed notes which were helpful afterwards when evaluating which facilities met all our needs and also helped to compare the services offered. Artist was always open to questions and never made us feel that we were being pressured to make a decision before we were ready. Because of this, we were able to place our brother in a caring environment where he has been provided the assistance he needs. Thank you, Artist, for accompanying us on this journey.
