Green Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation

My best friend went to this facility for rehab after breaking her back in a fall. THIS PLACE POSITIVELY BROKE HER SPIRIT. Were this a children's care facility, the state would shut it down. Apparently, it's acceptable to leave the elderly or disabled sitting in soiled diapers all day, to feed them foods to which they are allergic, and to blow-off their needs or complaints as the imaginings of senility. •By the second week, she gave-up on ASKING for a fresh diaper and resolved herself to the fact that they would get to her when they got to her. (Best I have been able to tell, she gets a fresh diaper about once per eight hour shift.) •Despite her food allergies - including eggs and milk - being CLEARLY marked on the "ticket" that comes with her meals, she continues to get eggs for breakfast and milk with meals. •When she actually made it to physical therapy, she was pleased with the therapist, but there were days no one ever managed to get her to PT. •After speaking to her on the
