Northfield Village Retirement Community

I spent two weeks there after a fusion back surgery. I was told to call for assistance when I had to go to the bathroom. No one ever came in a timely manner and I spent the whole time getting up on my own. The nurses did no more than hand me my pills. My bed was never straightened or the sheets changed. The food was always delivered cold and was very unappetizing. I spent most of the day taking care of myself with no help from the staff. The therapists were very nice and helpful. I never would recommend this place, do your research.
