Columbus Healthcare Center

I have a twin sister in this facility. I live 600 miles away. They do not answer the main phone at all when I call. They have put me through to her phone and it rings then goes busy. I found out she had no phone in her room so she could answer my calls. There is no way to reach nurses or anyone in facility. They do not return calls or messages I leave for Director. I left money at front desk for them to put in the facility bank. No account is presently opened in her name yet. It's been 4 months ago. Can't get finance person to call me back about money. I purchased nice clothes and put her name in them and they have all been stolen. They keep her in a permanent rag gown. She cannot walk so they never get her up. I handmade two quilts -- had her name in permanent marker on back. They are also stolen apparently by staff. They have brought terrible cold food to eat. Moved her to COVID hall and did not notify family that she had COVID. I am working on having a new POA.
