Raleigh Rehabilitation Center

This facility does as little as possible when it comes to caring for their patients. The traveling nurses were great, but rarely on duty. If you care about your loved one, don’t bring them to Raleigh Rehabilitation Center. Their employees steal from you and the administration says one thing and does another. I will say the therapists there were good. Speaking from my experience, I wouldn’t chance it even if you could be there everyday to check in on your loved one.

Do not take your loved one to this facility!! You can't speak with your loved one if there is no phone in the room and they will not carry the phone to them and let them speak. Our loved one was there for a week and wasn't walking or given physical therapy as we were told would happen. No evaluation results, no returned phone calls and when we visited our loved one they were groggy and out of it!!! Said they were given pain medication. This facility needs lower than a 1 rating!!!!!! We were not given any time to visit this facility prior to our love one being taken there, we were told this is the only facility with an opening!!!
