ProMedica Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation (Voorhees East)

Facility is aesthetically pleasing but they cannot take care of patients with underlying health issues . Upon arrival to the facility he did not receive any medication or nebulizer treatments for over 24 hours. My husband missed many of his necessary nebulizer treatments which were crucial as he has COPD. He could not stand up without two people to help him. The staff lied about seeing him get up on his own. He missed several PT / OT sessions due to dialysis mixups. It was said that he refused meals, however, he was very ill. When meals did arrive they looked unappealing and were almost always cold. He was sent to the hospital twice; the second time he was hospitalized w/pneumonia for 10 days. LPN’s & CNA’s did their best to help him, but, the Administration Lied in regards to his status of mobility. They were only interested in sending him home! Wish he never went there!

Worst place ever! After losing my loved one due to clear negligence,can't even get a call back...

Can never get through by phone!!!!! Every time I try to call it rings more than 30 times with no answer, then finally disconnects. How can we reach our loves on or let them know there is help needed for a patient???? No excuse not to have the front desk manned to answer a phone!!!!!!
