If I could give a zero star I would. Customer service is terrible my mom is there and the RN had an attitude when I simply asked a question about my mother’s treatment. I have never experienced a RN be rude and attached to there phone sitting behind a desk. I will definitely be getting my mother moved to a better place.

My husband was there and I agree worst care. It would take at least 10-15 minutes to get any kind of help. He has a colonoscopy bag and one night his bag needed to be changed and two RN nurses on duty and neither knew how to change it. When they did change it, it would leak he would have to have it all over him before someone would finally get there to change it. He did a nose dive when he was trying to plug in his charger and again he had to wait for someone to finally get there to help him up. He ended up with pneumonia and had to go back to the hospital he said he was not going back there. The food was always cold. The physical therapy was outstanding, but that was the only thing.

Worst care I have ever had. Don’t recommend for anyone
