This facility needs more serious attention; the kitchen is extremely dirty,floor looks as if it’s never been mopped; food preparation is of low quality! I’ve looked around the facility and noticed several people look neglected , beds a mess . While I was sitting in the dining area the nurses spent a lot of time texting on their phones and several people do not seem to receive any assistance with their food; those who are unable to physically feed themselves properly!
