My mother came here because she had dementia and she died here so if you love your parents or loved ones you don’t want to leave them here the nursing staff and the aides they ignore your loved ones when their in their rooms and when they’re in the day room they leave them there all day long in soiled diapers the only thing positive I can say is that the volunteers care more about the residents and they have good dinner parties for the holidays other than that I will say this the director Michelle I hope she’s not working there anyway if you care about your loved ones you better off finding someone to care for them at home this place is just like a concentration camp elderly people waiting to die
